The lettuce is fresh and crispy, and the bacon is maple glazed. The fried chicken itself is crunchy, then tender and moist. Every bite is filled with a crispylicious joy (yes i said it, crispylicious joy) crust without that dry texture that a lot of other chicken sandwiches suffer when your incisors ravage straight on through to the meat. I just made myself hungry.
